Simon Clarke
Simon studied Band Instrument Repair at Western Iowa Tech, in the early 90’s after completing his Bachelor of Teaching Secondary Music. Having always had a passion for how his instruments were constructed decided instrument repair was to be his future. Simon is a woodwind player who’s love is soprano and alto saxophone. He has played all genres from Big Band to Classical Saxophone Quartet. Skilled in all aspects of brass and woodwind service/ repair with a particular passion for historic and period instruments, which can be seen in the extensive collection at Presto Music.
